The living room has a leather couch, leather love seat and side chair to enjoy the entertainment system. The kitchen is fully equipped, so if you want to, you can cook like you are at home. Four French doors lead out to the party deck. Check in at 2:00PM on Friday and check out is 11:00AM the following Friday. There is no cleaning service. The rule of the house is that the guest has to leave the house the way they found it.

Tecumseh rental is a beautiful home located on Tecumseh Island's main channel (not a back water channel) with 180 feet of waterfront. It offers a large boat house with an electrical lift. There is 30 feet additional docking space along the side channel. Enjoy sunsets down the main channel from the point of this corner lot. A swim ladder is on the point for the kids. This rental has two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each and one full bath. A full size futon bed is available in the living room. Our house has been completely upgraded with new appliances, tile flooring, and carpet. The furnished screened porch is a nice place to relax. The fishing is great off the point of the property. This house is at the end of a private drive, and off the main island road.

Waterbury lake house is starting it's 14th year of rental in the Waterbury section of Indian Lake. It was built new in 1997, and features two bedrooms and two baths. Most all of our guests have returned from year one and love this beautiful property. Each second level bedroom has a queen size bed with private balcony overlooking the open water on one side and Dunns Pond on the other. Beautiful sunset views from the second story balcony. First floor great room has wood plank flooring and high ceilings. In 2007, the cottage was built replacing the original "Zettler Cottage" built 1927. It is just south of O'Connor's Point, near the former site of O'Connor's Landing, and can be reached via the Covered Bridge which crosses the south fork of the Little Miami River. The lake is the headwaters for the Great Miami River. It rests along 6000 acre Indian Lake facing west, green space to the north, and farm land with a network of country roads behind it for an early morning jog, walk, or trip on bikes during wonderful sunrises to the red covered bridge, just 1.5 miles away. Great lake and sunset views will be enjoyed from the lakefront covered porch and sunny patio. It is fully furnished. For the winter, it is located 15 minutes from Mad River Mountain Ski Resort and there is plenty of room for snowmobiling. After a day on the lake relax by the water with an evening fire. Old Field Beach is near by and open to the public. There are many walking paths around the lake. You will have use of our one person kayak and water mat for the lake.

The house sleeps 10 maximum (including children) with 4 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths; 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom with bunk beds and 1 queen bedroom. There is plenty of outdoor seating along our more than 250 feet of lakefront perfect for swimming, fishing, or enjoying the sunsets. The house is on the corner of a cove with peninsula like views, one of the best views on the lake! There is a large firepit where you can cook hotdogs, s’mores or just relax and enjoy the views. There is a large gas grill for outdoor cooking. There is a 24’ private, covered boat slip. Daily/weekly boat rentals are within walking distance at Spend A Day Marina. Additionally we have a Weber outdoor grill and a Doc Lifeguard. The Doc Lifeguard is an alert system that scans the water for any unsafe current to ensure you or your children are completely safe while swimming. Though this is not something which is ever likely to occur, we take no chances when it comes to the safety of our family and guests. The Glass Cottage also has cable, air conditioning and high-speed wireless Internet. Watch the sun rise as you sip your coffee to the sound of birds singing and water gently lapping on the bank. Swim, fish and relax in the quiet channel; tie up your boat just steps from the front door. Resting on the site of the original Glass Cottage, the home was rebuilt in 2001 with hardwood floors and modern amenities.
